I practice body-based psychotherapy. This means that we approaches your healing from both the top-down, traditional methods of processing your issues through talk therapy, as well as the bottom-up approach of releasing body held trauma and stuck emotions through breathwork and movement.

As a counseling professional I am dedicated to providing a space for individual counseling that supports autonomy and your ability to meet your own goals in life. It is my belief that the counseling relationship and the trust built between client and therapist is essential for productive therapy and individual growth.

I am a certified member of Yoga Alliance (RYT200) and a SHE RECOVERS yoga teacher.

My own healing experiences have greatly informed the modalities I provide and my goal is to support you in this same way. My approach is unique in that I will offer a loving opportunity to challenge yourself, lean into your own intuition, and heal the wounds that have caused pain, both emotionally and physically.

After nearly 30 years of apprenticing… I can say that I don’t have the answers.

But I am familiar with the landscape of the journey. And I have accepted the calling to assist others in navigating the obstacles of this demanding path and finding their way on The Way.
